Shaykh Sayyid Samdani
Shaykh Sayyid Samdani is a respected figure in the Muslim community, with roots tracing back to the Prophet Muhammad. Based in Bolton, he was fortunate to receive guidance and mentorship from his father in studying traditional Islamic sciences. Shaykh Sayyid Samdani achieved outstanding grades in his secondary education, which led him to pursue further studies in Jaunpur, India.
He spent several years studying under esteemed scholars, mastering the foundational classical texts. Upon returning to the UK, he continued his advanced studies at Jamia Islamia Rizvia. He became proficient in various sciences, including grammar, logic, rhetoric, fundamental creed, theology, Islamic jurisprudence, the science of Hadith, and the Quran.
In addition to his academic accomplishments, Shaykh Sayyid Samdani is the co-founder of Sadr ul Ulama Academy, named after his grandfather, Huzoor Sadr ul Ulama, a renowned scholar of the last century. He holds khilafah, or permission, in the Chishti Ashrafi and Ridawi Qadiri spiritual orders.
